ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The D M Lloyd-Jones Recordings Trust ("MLJ Trust") makes available for your use on this Web site (the "Site") information, documents, software and products (collectively, the "Materials") and various services (the "Services"), subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document (the "Terms of Use"). By accessing this Site, you agree to the Terms of Use. The MLJ Trust reserves the right to change the Terms of Use from time to time at its sole discretion. Your use of the Site will be subject to the most current version of the Terms of Use posted on the Site at the time of such use. In addition, when using particular Services or Materials on this Site, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such Services or Materials that may contain terms and conditions in addition to those in the Terms of Use. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use. If you breach any of the Terms of Use, your authorization to use this Site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any Materials downloaded or printed from the Site.

Please note that by downloading MP3s from The D M Lloyd-Jones Recordings Trust, the Listener acknowledges and agrees to the following terms of use:

1. This copyright license entitles the Listener to download and play, or to receive an audio stream of the material for the listener’s private, non-public use only.
2. The Listener acknowledges and agrees that he or she does not acquire any ownership rights by downloading the material.
3. The Listener promises not to modify the material in any way without the express written permission of the D M Lloyd-Jones Recordings Trust.
4. The Listener promises not to publish, record, upload, transmit, copy, assist; or participate in transferring, listing, or enabling online providers to list the material; or enable downloading of the material without the express written permission of D M Lloyd-Jones Recordings Trust.
5. The Listener promises not to sell, create any derivative works, or in any way exploit the material, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of D M Lloyd-Jones Recordings Trust.

Use of Software. The software and accompanying documentation that are made available to order from this Site are the copyrighted work of the MLJ Trust and/or its suppliers.

Use of Site Information. Except as otherwise indicated elsewhere on this Site, you may view, download and print the documents and information available on this Site subject to the following conditions:

1. The documents and information may be used solely for personal, informational, internal, non-commercial purposes.
2. The documents and information may not be modified or altered in any way.
3. The documents and information on the Site may not be distributed in any form or by any method without the prior written permission of the MLJ Trust.
4. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the documents and information.
5. The MLJ Trust reserves the right to revoke the authorisation to view, download and print the documents and information available on this Site at any time, and any such use shall be discontinued immediately upon written notice from the MLJ Trust.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Site (excluding linked sites) is controlled by the MLJ Trust from its offices within England. By accessing this Site, you and the MLJ Trust agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Site shall be governed by the statutes and laws of England. All disputes arising out or in relation with this Terms of Use shall be settled by the competent court in England, without prejudice to the MLJ Trust’s right to bring suit against you before the court that would have jurisdiction in the absence of this clause.
