(38) 'I listen to Dr Lloyd-Jones’ sermons every day. What a wonderful preacher he was. I also love the biographies by Iain Murray. Dr Lloyd-Jones seems to have been one of the most extraordinary men of our times. And, in my opinion, he was the greatest preacher of the 20th century.
. . . Having Dr Lloyd-Jones’ messages to listen to are (spiritual) life savers for me. Without them, I would be starving. I have downloaded hundreds, and probably thousands, of sermons from Calvinistic preachers from all over the world. Some are okay. But, none can feed like Dr. Lloyd-Jones. Thank you for the work that you are doing there in providing these messages to us.'

(22) I'd never heard of Dr Lloyd-Jones until recently, but I feel quite blessed to have discovered his sermons. It's funny how when I get 'really thirsty' for the word God always steers me in the right direction! Though the broadcast is less than 1/2 hour, by the time MLJ has finished one feels like you've absorbed the entire Book! It's always a most pleasant surprise when I turn on the radio just in time. This leads me to believe that not only was MLJ a good preacher, he was probably equally a wonderful pastor. God bless you in this Pastor Appreciation Month!

Feeling led to find out more about this man, reading his biography and listening to his sermons on-line. I am convinced that he was truly gifted by God, given a great insight to spiritual matters with the ability to communicate these insights to the common man. After listening and taking to heart his sermons on "Grieve not the Holy Spirit" and "Praying Always" I can honestly say that I am experiencing wonderful changes in my attitude and my walk in this life. My speech is better and my strength is returning. I have spent the time in prayer and study. I also have been listening to Dr. Lloyd-Jones preaching via oneplace.com. The work that you are doing in bringing his messages to the public has been a blessing for me. It has encouraged and inspired me like very few preachers have.
